Kain meniduri isterinya yang seterusnya mengandung lalu melahirkan Henokh Maka Kain yang sedang membina sebuah kota menamai kota itu Henokh yakni mengikut nama anaknya

Selepas kelahiran Henokh Yared hidup 800 tahun lagi dan dia masih dikurniai anak-anak lelaki serta perempuan yang lain

Selepas kelahiran Metusalah Henokh hidup akrab dengan Allah selama 300 tahun dan dia masih dikurniai anak-anak lelaki serta perempuan yang lain
