KJV : And David <01732> built <01129> (8799) there an altar <04196> unto the LORD <03068>, and offered <05927> (8686) burnt offerings <05930> and peace offerings <08002>. So the LORD <03068> was intreated <06279> (8735) for the land <0776>, and the plague <04046> was stayed <06113> (8735) from Israel <03478>.
NASB : David built there an altar to the LORD and offered burnt offerings and peace offerings. Thus the LORD was moved by prayer for the land, and the plague was held back from Israel.
