Jadi raja tidak mendengarkan permintaan rakyat sebab hal itu merupakan perubahan yang disebabkan TUHAN supaya TUHAN menepati firman yang diucapkan-Nya dengan perantaraan Ahia orang Silo kepada Yerobeam bin Nebat
