Judges 6:11

Kemudian datanglah Malaikat TUHAN dan duduk di bawah pohon tarbantin di Ofra kepunyaan Yoas orang Abiezer itu sedang Gideon anaknya mengirik gandum dalam tempat pemerasan anggur agar tersembunyi bagi orang Midian

Judges 6:24

Lalu Gideon mendirikan mezbah di sana bagi TUHAN dan menamainya TUHAN itu keselamatan Mezbah itu masih ada sampai sekarang di Ofra kota orang Abiezer

Gideon bin Yoas mati pada waktu rambutnya telah putih lalu dikuburkan dalam kubur Yoas ayahnya di Ofra kota orang Abiezer
