Apabila ia melarikan diri ke salah satu kota tadi maka haruslah ia tinggal berdiri di depan pintu gerbang kota dan memberitahukan perkaranya kepada para tua-tua kota Mereka harus menerima dia dalam kota itu dan memberikan tempat kepadanya dan ia akan diam pada mereka
