Deuteronomy 25:1

Apabila ada perselisihan di antara beberapa orang lalu mereka pergi ke pengadilan dan mereka diadili dengan dinyatakannya siapa yang benar dan siapa yang salah

AV: If there be a controversy <07379> between men <0582>, and they come <05066> (8738) unto judgment <04941>, that [the judges] may judge <08199> (8804) them; then they shall justify <06663> (8689) the righteous <06662>, and condemn <07561> (8689) the wicked <07563>.

Judges 20:23

Kemudian pergilah orang-orang Israel lalu menangis di hadapan TUHAN sampai petang sesudah itu mereka bertanya kepada TUHAN Akan pergi pulakah kami berperang melawan bani Benyamin saudara kami itu Jawab TUHAN Majulah melawan mereka
