Deuteronomy 20:11

Apabila kota itu menerima tawaran perdamaian itu dan dibukanya pintu gerbang bagimu maka haruslah semua orang yang terdapat di situ melakukan pekerjaan rodi bagimu dan menjadi hamba kepadamu
