Deuteronomy 17:14

Apabila engkau telah masuk ke negeri yang diberikan kepadamu oleh TUHAN Allahmu dan telah mendudukinya dan diam di sana kemudian engkau berkata Aku mau mengangkat raja atasku seperti segala bangsa yang di sekelilingku
