Kemudian orang Amori yang diam di pegunungan itu keluar menyerbu kamu dan mereka mengejar kamu seperti lebah dan mengalahkan kamu dari Seir sampai Horma

Maka majulah bani Benyamin menyerbu laskar itu mereka terpancing dari kota dan seperti yang sudah-sudah mereka mulai menyerang laskar itu pada kedua jalan raya yang satu menuju ke Betel dan yang lain ke Gibea melalui padang sehingga terbunuh beberapa orang kira-kira tiga puluh orang di antara orang Israel
