Numbers 20:19

Lalu berkatalah orang Israel kepadanya Kami akan berjalan melalui jalan raya dan jika kami dan ternak kami minum airmu maka kami akan membayar uangnya asal kami diizinkan lalu dengan berjalan kaki hanya itu saja
