Genesis 16:9

Lalu kata Malaikat TUHAN itu kepadanya Kembalilah kepada nyonyamu biarkanlah engkau ditindas di bawah kekuasaannya

Exodus 1:12

Tetapi makin ditindas makin bertambah banyak dan berkembang mereka sehingga orang merasa takut kepada orang Israel itu
