Leviticus 27:8

Tetapi jikalau orang itu terlalu miskin untuk membayar nilai itu maka haruslah dihadapkannya orang yang dinazarkannya itu kepada imam dan imam harus menilainya sesuai dengan kemampuan orang yang bernazar itu imam harus menentukan nilainya
