Patam itu haruslah ada pada dahi Harun dan Harun harus menanggung akibat kesalahan terhadap segala yang dikuduskan oleh orang Israel yakni terhadap segala persembahan kudusnya maka haruslah patam itu tetap ada pada dahinya sehingga TUHAN berkenan akan mereka
