Lalu Zerubabel bin Sealtiel dan Yosua bin Yozadak imam besar dan selebihnya dari bangsa itu mendengarkan suara TUHAN Allah mereka dan juga perkataan nabi Hagai sesuai dengan apa yang disuruhkan kepadanya oleh TUHAN Allah mereka lalu takutlah bangsa itu kepada TUHAN
