Celaka atas mahkota kemegahan pemabuk-pemabuk Efraim atas bunga yang sudah mulai layu di perhiasan kepala mereka yang indah-indah yaitu kota yang terletak tinggi di atas bukit di atas lembah yang subur yang penuh peminum anggur yang sudah pening
