Karena congkak orang fasik giat memburu orang yang tertindas mereka terjebak dalam tipu daya yang mereka rancangkan

Mungkin apabila kaum Yehuda mendengar tentang segala malapetaka yang Aku rancangkan hendak mendatangkannya kepada mereka maka mereka masing-masing akan bertobat dari tingkah langkahnya yang jahat itu sehingga Aku mengampuni kesalahan dan dosa mereka
