Pada hari yang ketujuh ketika raja riang gembira hatinya karena minum anggur bertitahlah baginda kepada Mehuman Bizta Harbona Bigta Abagta Zetar dan Karkas yakni ketujuh sida-sida yang bertugas di hadapan raja Ahasyweros
