Ketika Sanbalat dan Tobia serta orang Arab dan orang Amon dan orang Asdod mendengar bahwa pekerjaan perbaikan tembok Yerusalem maju dan bahwa lobang-lobang tembok mulai tertutup maka sangat marahlah mereka
