Ezra 4:15

supaya diadakan penyelidikan dalam kitab riwayat nenek moyang tuanku Di dalam kitab riwayat itu tuanku akan mendapati dan mengetahui bahwa kota itu kota durhaka yang selalu mendatangkan kerugian kepada raja-raja dan daerah-daerah dan bahwa orang selalu mengadakan pemberontakan di dalamnya sejak zaman dahulu Itulah sebabnya maka kota itu dibinasakan

Ezra 5:12

Tetapi sesudah nenek moyang kami membangkitkan murka Allah semesta langit mereka diserahkan-Nya ke dalam tangan Nebukadnezar raja negeri Babel orang Kasdim yang merusak rumah itu dan mengangkut bangsa itu sebagai tawanan ke negeri Babel
