Pada tahun pertama zaman Koresh raja negeri Persia TUHAN menggerakkan hati Koresh raja Persia itu untuk menggenapkan firman yang diucapkan oleh Yeremia sehingga disiarkan di seluruh kerajaan Koresh secara lisan dan tulisan pengumuman ini
