Ia menegakkan kembali mezbah TUHAN mempersembahkan korban keselamatan dan korban syukur di atasnya menyerukan kepada Yehuda untuk beribadah kepada TUHAN Allah Israel

Orang akan datang dari kota-kota Yehuda dan dari tempat-tempat sekitar Yerusalem dari tanah Benyamin dan dari Daerah Bukit dari pegunungan dan dari tanah Negeb dengan membawa korban bakaran korban sembelihan korban sajian dan kemenyan membawa korban syukur ke dalam rumah TUHAN

akan terdengar lagi suara kegirangan dan suara sukacita suara pengantin laki-laki dan suara pengantin perempuan suara orang-orang yang mengatakan Bersyukurlah kepada TUHAN semesta alam sebab TUHAN itu baik bahwasanya untuk selama-lamanya kasih setia-Nya sambil mempersembahkan korban syukur di rumah TUHAN Sebab Aku akan memulihkan keadaan negeri ini seperti dahulu firman TUHAN
