Tetapi Yosabat anak perempuan raja mengambil Yoas bin Ahazia menculik dia dari tengah-tengah anak-anak raja yang hendak dibunuh itu memasukkan dia dengan inang penyusunya ke dalam gudang tempat tidur Demikianlah Yosabat anak perempuan raja Yoram isteri imam Yoyada ia adalah saudara perempuan Ahazia menyembunyikan dia terhadap Atalya sehingga ia tidak dibunuh Atalya
