Pada tahun ketiga pemerintahannya ia mengutus beberapa pembesarnya yakni Benhail Obaja Zakharia Netaneel dan Mikha untuk mengajar di kota-kota Yehuda

Aku akan melenyapkan penguasa dari antaranya dan membunuh segala pembesarnya bersama-sama dengan dia firman TUHAN
