Sekalian anaknya laki-laki dan perempuan berusaha menghiburkan dia tetapi ia menolak dihiburkan serta katanya Tidak Aku akan berkabung sampai aku turun mendapatkan anakku ke dalam dunia orang mati Demikianlah Yusuf ditangisi oleh ayahnya
