Sebab TUHAN melihat betapa pahitnya kesengsaraan orang Israel baik yang rendah kedudukannya maupun yang tinggi kedudukannya karena tidak ada penolong bagi orang Israel

Sebab dia akan melepaskan orang-orang melarat ketika mereka berseru minta tolong orang-orang miskin dan mereka yang tidak punya penolong
