Setelah pergi dari sana Yehu bertemu dengan Yonadab anak Rekhab yang mendatanginya Yehu memberi salam kepadanya lalu berkata Apakah hatimu jujur terhadapku seperti halnya hatiku terhadap hatimu Yonadab menjawab Ya Jika ya ulurkanlah tanganmu kepadaku Lalu dia memberikan tangannya dan Yehu mengajak naik di sampingnya ke dalam kereta
