Pada waktu mempersembahkan kurban Nabi Elia datang mendekat katanya Ya TUHAN Allah Abraham Ishak dan Israel biarlah diketahui hari ini bahwa Engkaulah Allah di Israel dan akulah hamba-Mu serta dengan firman-Mu aku telah melakukan semua perkara ini

Lalu keesokan harinya ketika mereka mempersembahkan kurban tiba-tiba air datang dari arah Edom sehingga negeri itu penuh dengan air
