1 Kings 2:4

supaya TUHAN menepati janji-Nya yang telah dia firmankan kepadaku firman-Nya Jika keturunanmu memperhatikan cara hidup mereka dan hidup di hadapan-Ku dengan setia dengan sepenuh hati mereka dan sepenuh jiwa mereka tidak akan terputus keturunanmu dari takhta kerajaan Israel

Aku akan meneguhkan takhta kerajaanmu atas Israel sampai selama-lamanya seperti yang Aku janjikan kepada Daud ayahmu dengan berkata Tidak akan terputus keturunanmu dari takhta kerajaan Israel
