Daud berkata kepada TUHAN ketika melihat malaikat menghancurkan bangsa itu dengan berkata Sesungguhnya aku telah berbuat dosa Aku telah membuat kesalahan Akan tetapi apa yang telah dilakukan oleh domba-domba ini Biarlah tangan-Mu menimpaku dan kaum keluargaku saja

Sebab lihat TUHAN memerintahkan Dia akan menghancurkan rumah-rumah besar menjadi reruntuhan dan rumah-rumah kecil menjadi kepingan
