1 Samuel 15:11

Aku menyesal karena telah menjadikan Saul sebagai raja sebab dia berpaling dari-Ku dan tidak melakukan firman-Ku Samuel pun menjadi sakit hati dan dia berseru kepada TUHAN sepanjang malam

Ezekiel 14:7

Sebab setiap orang dari keturunan Israel atau dari orang asing yang tinggal di Israel yang memisahkan diri dari-Ku menjunjung berhala-berhalanya di dalam hatinya dan meletakkan batu sandungan kejahatannya di hadapannya dan kemudian menemui nabi untuk meminta petunjuk-Ku melalui dia Aku TUHAN akan menjawabnya sendiri

supaya keturunan Israel tidak akan lagi tersesat dari-Ku maupun dinajiskan lagi oleh semua pelanggaran mereka tetapi supaya mereka dapat menjadi umat-Ku dan Aku dapat menjadi Allah mereka firman Tuhan ALLAH
