Deuteronomy 21:2

Para tua-tuamu dan hakimmu harus pergi keluar dan mengukur jarak ke kota-kota yang dekat dengan orang yang dibunuh itu

Di kota yang terdekat dengan orang yang dibunuh itu maka para tua-tua kota itu harus mengambil seekor sapi betina yang belum pernah bekerja dan menarik kuk
