Deuteronomy 19:9

Jika kamu sungguh-sungguh melakukan seluruh perintah yang kusampaikan kepadamu hari ini dengan mengasihi TUHAN Allahmu dan hidup senantiasa sesuai dengan jalan-Nya maka kamu harus memilih tiga kota lagi untukmu selain ketiga kota itu

Dengan demikian apabila semua itu terjadi kepadamu yaitu berkat dan kutuk yang telah kupaparkan kepadamu Dan kamu bertobat dalam hatimu di tengah segala bangsa di mana TUHAN Allahmu membuangmu
