Jika ada perkara yang terlalu sulit bagimu untuk diputuskan misalnya bunuh-membunuh tuntut-menuntut luka-melukai yang menjadi inti permasalahan di kotamu maka kamu harus pergi ke tempat khusus yang dipilih TUHAN Allahmu
