Deuteronomy 14:21

Janganlah kamu memakan bangkai Kamu dapat memberikannya kepada orang asing yang tinggal di kotamu supaya dia memakannya dan kamu boleh menjualnya kepada orang asing Karena kamulah umat kudus TUHAN Allahmu Janganlah kamu memasak anak kambing dengan air susu induknya

Deuteronomy 14:27

Namun janganlah lupakan orang Lewi yang tinggal di kotamu karena ia tidak mendapatkan bagian pusaka sepertimu

Dan orang Lewi yang tidak mendapat bagian tanah pusaka di antaramu begitu juga orang asing para janda dan yatim piatu yang tinggal di kotamu akan datang dan makan kenyang Dengan demikian TUHAN Allahmu akan selalu memberkati segala pekerjaan tanganmu

Kumpulkan semua umat laki-laki perempuan anak-anak dan orang asing yang tinggal di kotamu Dengan demikian mereka akan mendengar dan belajar takut akan TUHAN Allahmu serta melakukan dengan setia seluruh perkataan Taurat ini
