Deuteronomy 14:1

Kamu adalah anak-anak TUHAN Allahmu Janganlah kamu menoreh tubuhmu atau mencukur rambut di dahimu apabila seseorang meninggal

Deuteronomy 25:6

Anak laki-laki sulung yang dimilikinya dianggap sebagai anak suaminya yang meninggal supaya nama saudaranya yang telah meninggal itu tidak terhapus dari antara orang Israel
