Katakan kepada bangsa itu Kamu akan melewati tanah Seir milik sanak-saudaramu keturunan Esau Mereka akan takut kepadamu Tetapi berhati-hatilah

Orang Hori dahulu tinggal di Seir kemudian keturunan Esau memusnahkan mereka dan tinggal di sana seperti yang dilakukan umat Israel terhadap penduduk di negeri yang TUHAN berikan kepada mereka
