Numbers 15:29

Satu hukum harus berlaku bagi setiap orang yang melakukan dosa yang tidak disengaja baik orang Israel maupun orang asing yang tinggal di antara mereka

Numbers 15:30

Akan tetapi jika seseorang melakukan dosa dengan sengaja baik orang Israel maupun pendatang dia menghujat TUHAN Orang itu harus dilenyapkan dari antara bangsanya
