Api keluar dari hadapan TUHAN dan membakar habis kurban bakaran dan semua lemak di atas mazbah Ketika seluruh umat melihatnya mereka bersorak-sorai dan sujud menyembah dengan muka sampai ke tanah

Bangsa itu menjadi jahat dengan mulai mengeluh di hadapan TUHAN Ketika TUHAN mendengar hal ini kemarahan-Nya pun berkobar dan api TUHAN menyala di antara mereka dan membakar tepi perkemahan
