Jika yang berdosa adalah seluruh jemaat Israel karena ketidaksengajaannya dan perkara itu tersembunyi dari mata jemaat dan mereka melakukan salah satu dari hal yang dilarang TUHAN sehingga mereka menjadi bersalah
