Dan Roh mengangkat aku dan membawaku dalam sebuah penglihatan oleh Roh Allah ke negeri orang Kasdim kepada orang-orang buangan Lalu penglihatan yang telah aku lihat itu naik dariku

Aku Daniel menjadi pingsan dan sakit beberapa hari lamanya Sesudah itu aku bangun dan melakukan tugas raja Aku terheran-heran terhadap penglihatan itu tetapi tidak memahaminya

Pada tahun ketiga pemerintahan Koresh raja Persia suatu firman dinyatakan kepada Daniel yang namanya disebut Beltsazar Firman itu benar dan mengenai peperangan yang besar Dia memahami firman itu dan memiliki pengertian tentang penglihatan itu
