Di kota-kota daerah perbukitan di kota-kota dataran rendah dan di kota-kota Negeb di tanah Benyamin di daerah sekitar Yerusalem dan di kota-kota Yehuda ternak-ternak akan melintas lagi di bawah tangan-tangan orang yang menghitung mereka firman TUHAN
