untuk mengaruniakan mereka yang berkabung di Sion untuk memberi mereka hiasan kepala sebagai ganti abu minyak sukacita sebagai ganti dukacita jubah pujian sebagai ganti semangat yang pudar sehingga mereka akan disebut pohon tarbantin kebenaran tanaman TUHAN supaya Dia dimuliakan
