Setiap kali peti itu dibawa kepada petugas raja melalui orang-orang Lewi dan ketika mereka melihat bahwa uang di dalamnya sudah banyak maka juru tulis raja dan petugas dari imam kepala akan datang untuk mengosongkan peti itu Lalu mereka mengambil peti itu dan mengembalikannya ke tempat semula Demikianlah mereka melakukannya setiap hari dan mengumpulkan banyak uang
