Namun TUHAN tidak mau memusnahkan keluarga Daud karena perjanjian yang telah Dia ikat dengan Daud Seperti yang telah Dia janjikan Dia akan memberi pelita kepada Daud dan kepada anak-anaknya sampai selama-lamanya
