Asa dan pasukan yang bersamanya mengejar mereka sampai di Gerar Orang-orang Kush itu mati dan tidak ada lagi yang bertahan hidup Mereka dihancurkan di hadapan TUHAN dan di hadapan pasukan-Nya Orang-orang Yehuda mengangkut jarahan yang sangat banyak

Beginilah firman TUHAN Orang-orang yang mendukung Mesir akan rebah dan kesombongan dari kekuasaannya akan berkurang dari Migdol ke Siene mereka akan rebah di tempatnya oleh pedang firman Tuhan ALLAH
