Secara serentak para peniup nafiri dan penyanyi itu memperdengarkan paduan suaranya untuk menyanyikan puji-pujian dan syukur kepada TUHAN Ketika mereka mengangkat suara dengan nafiri ceracap dan alat-alat musik lainnya sambil memuji TUHAN Sebab Dia baik Sesungguhnya untuk selama-lamanya kasih setia-Nya bait itu yakni bait TUHAN dipenuhi dengan awan

Sesuai peraturan Daud ayahnya dia menetapkan kelompok para imam untuk melaksanakan tugas mereka dan orang-orang Lewi untuk bertugas menyanyikan puji-pujian dan menyelenggarakan ibadah di depan para imam sesuai dengan ketetapan setiap hari Dia menetapkan pula kelompok para penjaga pintu gerbang untuk setiap pintu gerbang karena itulah perintah Daud abdi Allah

Lalu orang-orang Lewi dari keturunan Kehat dan dari keturunan Korah bangkit untuk menyanyikan puji-pujian bagi TUHAN Allah Israel dengan suara yang sangat nyaring

Hizkia menetapkan kelompok para imam dan orang-orang Lewi kelompok demi kelompok masing-masing sesuai dengan tugasnya baik sebagai imam maupun sebagai orang Lewi Mereka harus mempersembahkan kurban bakaran dan kurban pendamaian menyelenggarakan ibadah mengucap syukur dan menyanyikan puji-pujian di pintu gerbang tenda TUHAN
