Kuali-kuali sekop-sekop pemadam-pemadam pelita sendok-sendok serta semua perkakas tembaga yang dipakai untuk menyelenggarakan ibadah diambil oleh mereka

Para imam tidak mampu berdiri untuk menyelenggarakan ibadah karena awan itu sebab kemuliaan TUHAN memenuhi bait Allah

Sesuai peraturan Daud ayahnya dia menetapkan kelompok para imam untuk melaksanakan tugas mereka dan orang-orang Lewi untuk bertugas menyanyikan puji-pujian dan menyelenggarakan ibadah di depan para imam sesuai dengan ketetapan setiap hari Dia menetapkan pula kelompok para penjaga pintu gerbang untuk setiap pintu gerbang karena itulah perintah Daud abdi Allah
