Oleh sebab itu Raja Yoas memanggil Imam Yoyada dan para imam lain serta berkata kepada mereka Mengapakah kamu belum juga memperbaik kerosakan Bait itu Sekarang jangan lagi terima wang daripada para dermawan kenalanmu tetapi serahkanlah itu untuk memperbaik kerosakan Bait

Kota raya Yerusalem luas dan besar tetapi penduduknya sedikit dan rumah-rumah pun belum dibina semula
