Sementara itu raja Aram telah memberikan perintah kepada kesemua tiga puluh dua orang panglima pasukan ratanya demikian Jangan berperang melawan sesiapa pun kecil ataupun besar tetapi lawanlah Raja Israel sahaja

Pada waktu para panglima pasukan rata itu melihat Yosafat mereka berkata Itu raja Israel Mereka berputar untuk berperang melawan dia tetapi Yosafat berteriak

Oleh itu apabila para panglima pasukan rata itu menyedari bahawa dia bukanlah Raja Israel berhentilah mereka mengejar dia
