1 Kings 8:54

Setelah Salomo selesai memanjatkan doa dan permohonan itu kepada Tuhan bangkitlah dia dari hadapan mazbah Tuhan itu dari tempat dia bertelut sambil menadahkan kedua-dua belah tangannya ke langit

Sekali lagi raja mengutus pemimpin pasukan lima puluh yang ketiga dengan kesemua lima puluh orang anak buahnya Pemimpin pasukan lima puluh yang ketiga itu naik lalu datang bertelut di hadapan Elia dan memohon belas kasihan daripadanya Katanya kepada Elia Ya hamba Allah biarlah kiranya nyawa hamba dan nyawa kesemua lima puluh orang hambamu ini berharga di mata tuan

Pada waktu persembahan petang aku bangkit dan berhenti merendahkan diri Lalu dengan pakaian dan jubah terkoyak aku sujud bertelut dan menadahkan tangan kepada Tuhan Allahku
